With all the flatulence coming out of Cauliphonya, I don’t see why they think they need a “wind program.”
BUT—Like the Train to nowhere—it will make a few California powerful families very Rich. When the state is reduced to a 3rd world hell hole—they will move to Colorado and enjoy their mansions and billions. Until the Revolution and there money become powerless in the face of the starving masses. Think Paris 1789.
