Obviously, 74,000,000 Americans are by extension guilty. DOJ recognizes the logistical problem of jailing 74,000,000, therefore DOJ recommends the 74,000,000 be put on home detention, must stay inside their homes for one whole day.

That day will be November 8, 2022.
