It means, Look Out! The Democrats are about to set one off and blame it on Putin. And the sheep will believe the Democrats. They always do when the Democrats want them to. They [the Democrats] are setting the stage day by day and move by move.
They really are flailing about like a drowning, dangerous person.
They never figured their bullying wouldn’t work with Putin like so many others and are desperate. Losing total control of the outcome of their war on Russia was never considered.
