A handcuffed Nathan Hart, 49, ... explained how he ended up registering and voting illegally... ... told officers that he signed up to vote at the encouragement of somebody at “the driver’s license place.” ... “I said, ‘I’m a convicted felon, I’m pretty sure I can’t,’” Hart, a registered sex offender, told officers ... The person told him to sign up anyway. Sex offenders are scum, and Hart bears responsibility. But so do these govt workers who encourage this crap. On that I can almost (not quite) sympathize with him.
