IF you cannot ask a prospective tenant what their felony status or sex registry status is-—I would bet that the poll workers cannot ask that, either.

We’re doing a clean up of the rolls here in Florida. But I doubt that any of the people (the registrees) arrested are going to get any punishment, because they were obviously defrauded by the people who had registered them or encouraged them to register and bought their votes.
Most of them are pretty dysfunctional and the Dems took advantage of them.
However, arresting them might make some in the black community pay a little more attention and make them realize that they’re being used.
That said, the GOP is lousy about messaging black areas. I was a GOP volunteer in Gainesville FL and a black man called us and asked us to bring door hangers and visit his neighborhood...and he said he couldn’t talk long because he was afraid his family would hear.
I checked him out and he was legit, but the GOP office where I was working wouldn’t send anybody or even give me door hangers to distribute in his neighborhood. So I contacted the GOP in Tallahassee, the leader of which at the time was black, and they totally blew me off.
We’ve got to get our act together because there’s a lot of black people who don’t like being prisoners of the Democratic Party and its low expectations for them.

Let's say Latanya swears that she is is eligible to vote. According to this, election workers don't have to check whether she has been convicted of murder.
