Babies in the womb can be negatively affected by climate change, argued one opinion writer in The New York Times Wednesday.
The opinion piece written by Jessica Grose was headlined, "The Effects of Climate Change Can Begin in the Womb." Grose based her claim on a study published in The Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry, which followed kids who lived through Hurricane Sandy while in their mother's womb, and kids who were born before or were conceived after the storm. According to the Times, the study found elevated psychological issues in kids who lived through Hurricane Sandy while in utero.
"The study’s authors found that boys who were exposed to Sandy in the womb had elevated risks for "attention-deficit/disruptive behavioral disorders," while girls had elevated risks for anxiety disorders, depressive disorders and phobias," Grose wrote.
The columnist searched for solutions to the problem since climate change wasn’t "going away anytime soon — even if humanity suddenly got our collective act together and started doing more to ameliorate it— and pregnancies will continue to coincide with hurricanes, tornadoes and floods."
She reached out to one of the study's authors who said parents weren't to blame, and called for policymakers to "invest in communities for children and pregnant women" to study the long-term affects of disasters on children.
But the Times columnist called other measures simply a "Band-Aid" to solve the problem of climate change. She ultimately pushed for climate legislation as the solution.

Where do they come up with this sh!t?
Evidently, per climate researchers, pregnant women need to be locked away in sound proof, wind proof, temperature constant, dark constant chambers from conception to birth...
I swear….. These people must sit around a table, ask everybody to write down the craziest, most laughable climate change theory, toss them into a hat, pull one out daily, leak it to the media liars, rinse. Repeat.
I mean, you got to be doing some pretty heavy, damaging drugs to even try to connect some of the dots these people do. They are permanently brain damaged and should probably put the bong and/or needle down…
These are the same people who will insist that the baby in the womb is just an undifferentiated mass of tissue when they want to abort him or her.
So babies in the womb sense climate change and according to some other dingbats are confused about their gender, yet they are insensitive to being ripped to pieces and aborted. Seems to be quite a disconnect on that
How can climate change effect a blob of cells?
Un-possible. A clump of cells can’t be affected by the climate.
Won’t that put Planned Parenthood out of business? I guess that’s why they are freaking out.
“Climate change” is an even bigger fraud than Covid “vaccines”.
Next month headline
“The Effects of Climate Change Can Begin During Conception.”
Well then, we should see similar effects in animals.
Sorry, I have only farmed chickens, turkeys and fish and they are kinda dumb so there wasn’t an effect.
Anyone have troubles with their cattle, pigs, sheep and the like? They should all be nervous wrecks nowadays because of climate change.
ARE they EQUALLY concerned about DRUG USE????
>> Where do they come up with this sh!t? <<
Sometimes from thin air, others from their arse.
Grose is a mentally ill nut job, as are all these climate Nazis.
Maybe they should’ve done more studies on kids during the lockdowns and missing months of school and seeing friends and family.
I guess climate change effects are worse than abortion...
They warn against it, but if you mention the threat to a
child from abortion, you’re on the FBI’s most wanted list.
Typical psychiatrist/psychologist bullcrap——just looking for more MONEY!
