Israel is not going to give the Iron Dome to anybody, because it’ll be revealed to the world that it’s only somewhat effective against home-made unguided stove-pipe rockets.
That would not be good for Israel’s international reputation as an arms innovator.
Like any mechatronic system, I assume continuous development helps it to get better every year.
