Where Israel can help is on the detection end. The "Dorito" drones fly low and slow, they need an entirely new air defense system. More like Britain vs the Buzz Bombs than modern defense against modern threats.

Complicating matters, the Doritos come in swarms, so a system that is useful against one at a time will not be effective against a half dozen coming from all directions with the same time on target.

Sounds like they need a junior version of the Phalanx CIWS that fires shotgun shells or similar cheap rounds. Given the capability of current sensors and electronics, it doesn’t seem that difficult.
