So, in other words, he is accused of a crime, required to testify, with no defense witnesses no Constitutional protections, and their stated purpose is to cause him to be punished.
This is a Bill of Attainder in all but name.
That “overwhelming evidence” is Adam Schiffless talk.
He constantly claims that he has such a thing and he never HAS THE GOODS.
