A true American would have started WWIII when we had the Ruskies just where we wanted them - oh wait, after the demob from WWIII we struggled to reinforce Korea and botched that war about as bad as a superpower can botch anything. But anyway, yeah, he was the jackass who told us to contain Soviet expansion and look at how that worked out for everyone.
