Yes, the Europeans believe the Africans should be a hunting and gathering society. Preferably with spears and bow/arrow. It is okay for them to fix their Landrover when they are on safari, set up their tents and keep the lions at distance. Also, to come around and do dances wearing ostrich plumbs.
It is also okay for their women to go around bare breasted, so they may get proper pictures to show all their friends back home how much superior they are.
