My wife would disagree. She is very much not political and met Biden as a simple meet and great. He basically cornered her and went on some rant until his aids pulled him away. She still has no idea what his rant was about.
Joseph Goebbels and Kim Jong-Un would even say this “story” is a bit too over the top.
