He is a governor. It was over the top.
Sorry for the misinterpretation.
says you. we’re way past the pantywaist era of pussyfooting around so no one dislikes us. good riddance.
DeSantis has cultivated a phony tough-guy thing. He thinks it makes him more like his progenitor, Trump. It kind of needs some work.
70,000 - 100,000 Americans have died in the last two years because of piss poor border policy.
Hillary paying for the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax and no accountability demanded by the likes of you.
A corrupt FBI.
A war on energy that is causing a worldwide recession.
A spending policy that stifles the labor market while increasing demand causing inflation.
And your puny brain is fixated on calling an Old Donkey and old donkey. Disgusting!
Red State is part of Salem Radio’s parent company.
In addition to all of their radio properties Salem bought up a lot of the old conservative publishing outlets that were independent in the Reagan years. Regnery and Human Events among them.
In my opinion this hasn’t been good for conservative thought. Salem was at best neoconservative and I’m certain that they were very involved in the Bush junior administration. The Salem brain trust included Michael Medved, Hugh Hewitt, Dennis Prager.
Prager is probably the best of that bunch if you equate Gene McCarthy/Scoop Jackson liberalism with conservatism. Plenty do these days. I marvel at how much Hannity and Glenn Beck manage to sound like Lyndon Johnson and obviously believe it’s some form of conservative thought.
Then Trump in a debate must’ve made you really sad.
It doesn’t matter to Dems... All that matters is the initial next to their name.
And remember, Crist defected because he thought Bush was too right wing....Go Figure.
Pitiful isn’t it?
Even here Praeger is worshipped
It’s ok.
Prager began his radio career doing “Religion on the Line” in a local Los Angeles broadcast in the early 1980s. I forget who he replaced. He was brought out to LA from New York by a Jewish educational foundation IIRC.
Eventually he began doing a show with politics. Callers would assume that he was a conservative because they knew that he took religion seriously. He would explain to them that he was an RFK, Clean with Gene (McCarthy), Scoop Jackson Democrat. A liberal Democrat, versus Leftists that were attempting to take over that party.
In the 1980 election a lot of that crowd moved en masse to the GOP. At first they called themselves neoconservatives, which really means the non-Leftist wing of liberalism.
Like cowbirds they began crowding out and replacing conservatives who weren’t liberals. That might be an homage to the Trotskyite origins of neoconservatism.
Anyway Dennis was carried along by the tide and is now apparently a patron saint of what passes for conservatism. I don’t know what pre-neocon conservatives are called now. Dubya’s fanclub tried calling them/us “xenophobe racist nativists”
Oh my gosh! Were your widdle feewins hurt! Get over it! Fight fire with fire and then some!
I saw him interviewed once
He explained he was religious because he was observant
I thought how alien that is to my cultures idea of what makes a religious man
I saw Shapiro once say look I’m religious I wear a kippah
That’s like catholic saying well I go to mass often or a Baptist saying hey I tithe weekly
It’s an affair of the heart and mind
Let’s here about that Dennis
Cocaine is a helluva drug.
