Just another terror tactic by leftists used to punish those they don’t like. Family is a white racist institution. Everyone who’s enlightened and nuanced knows it takes a village to raise a child. It’s not like they didn’t warn you of their intentions. Family and parent are being canceled.

The 16 year old, 16 is not a “child” anymore, is listening to demonic influences and isn’t gonna like spending time with them forever. Better to repent.
When it looks like Romans 1:18-32 is happening in the culture do not be surprised to learn when all is said and done that it was.

If this was grounds for a child abuse report, 9/10 kids in my generation would have been raised by the state.
That action right there, is reason enough to enact street justice on that person.
What would you do to a person who kidnapped the child?
Answer is, watch a Mel Gibson movie about the same subject and see what I would do.
I would shoot that judge if it was my kid. When did “gender affirmation” become an actual legal thing punishable by law? Screw that.

Curing an addict can be emotionally stressful for the addict and those trying to break the addict’s addiction, that’s true, but we do not “affirm” the addiction just because doing so (accepting the addiction) is easier for the addict to live with.
The pendulum has swung too far with states trying to control family matters.

Well, I don’t have enough money to do a “Ransom”, so I’d have to go with “Payback”.
The few cases of this happening up until now have been separated parents playing the child against each other. But, this is something new with an intact family involved.
This “gender affirmation” business is but another way to ostracize and marginalize those who are considered as “non-conforming” individuals, once something of a consensus is gained within a community.
The imposed consensus may be a result of some kind of bullying or even naked aggressive force of law by interpretation of some “right” which may or may not have been part of the original intent of that law.
In this instance, the law plainly states that discrimination on the basis of gender is not allowed. Very well, it worked just fine when there was full agreement that there were two genders, male and female, but now, in a rash of fevered creativity, any number of “new” genders have been introduced, and the rules should be extended to “protect” these newly identified genders. But now we have persons, using the force of the law, to apply the rules a little TOO enthusiastically, and the result is a total perversion of the original intent of the legislation.
Legal malpractice, that’s what it is. Add to that, “prosecutorial discretion”, and you have a lopsided legal system that shall soon be wobbling out of control, and making a mockery of ALL the legal code.
At that point, what’s to be lost by openly flouting the law?
These children are indoctrinated, and then instructed to threaten “harm” to themselves if the parents don’t comply with their wishes. It’s literally in the playbook.
This is soo wrong. The kid likely had an eating disorder coexisting with the gender identity disorder. Can we start admitting that this is a mental illness, and that our schools are detrimental to our kids, not to mention all the social media they have surrounding them these days? This is insanity. The courts have erred. Those poor parents.
“Your honor I agree” as I turn to my child:
“You are now the property of the state, and they will hold your hand to the gates of hell where you will remain for the remainder of your time here and beyond. I bid you good day and good riddance!”
I would kind of hope for repentance.
Also, the judge isn’t worthy of honor or deference.
