Mexicans will fare well. They have pretty much taken over the roofing business. Most of their labor is illegal, and lots of their income is exported.
So lets say you have a two story 2500 square foot house with multiple valleys. There are two layers of asphalt shingles over wooden shingles on a planked roof. You need to strip all the shingles and install sheathing over the planks and then install new shingles/ Ice Guard. 12/7 roof pitch. What would you charge?
