If it would not be for the US most Ukrainians still would have a roof over their heads and sleep in their own beds. Probably the eastern portion of the Ukraine which has a large portion of ethnic Russians and was constantly assaulted and antagonized by radical groups would have been annexed by Russia and things eventually would have settled down. The same goes for Europe if they had not jumped on the US bandwagon. The US purposely damaged the gas supply lines making sure that Europe in general and Germany in particular remains dependent on the US like a colony, just in case they may come to their senses and change their mind.

Those days when Russia had any ideas of expansion are long gone and over with and things of the past as Russia has more than enough and then some on its plate to take care of. All they want is a quiet neighborhood without NATO or CIA manipulation and intervention. Just like the US likes to keep their backyard free of any intruders, as expressed in the Monroe Doctrine. But the warmongers within the US government along with their associates and friends keep egging them on, knowing that a peaceful coexistence is bad for the production of war materials, especially the military industrial complex as well as the globalists, cranking out wartime supplies like there is no tomorrow and if they keep it up there may not be one. So what happens when Ukraine puts a chemical warhead on one the medium range missiles we are providing to them and hits a large Russian population center with it.
Because the tin horn dictator in Ukraine who has outlawed all political opposition, seized or shut down the press who question his conduct of the war, and worked towards the extermination of citizens in Eastern Ukraine by not allowing evacuations of cities until the Russians had surrounded them is so worthy of our support.
That being said, Putin is just as corrupt and inept as Zelensky.

Should we just continue up the equipment, trainers, advisors, and eventually troops path Biden is walking us down.
Biden's latest move of moving the 101st into the region is the move of an DTTTTTTTTTT (thats 1D10T). Lets move a helicopter transported infantry division into a region that has contested air superiority.
But wait you say, we can commit Nato's air force ( meaning the USAF) to insure that the helicopters are safe while moving across Ukraine. So now we are in a shooting match in Eastern Europe, where we will have to strike out into Russia proper to clear the Air Defense zone of the Russians.
If you look at what Russian are doing now, they are starting to do what we did in IRAQ, striking the power grid, communications centers, and dams, with the goal of disrupting Ukraines Air Defense zones.
This will also eventually trigger another mass exodus of civilians into the EU.
War is Hell. And Putin, Zelensky and Biden's handlers want us all to go there.
