White House calls are rarely confidential. It's on the agenda.
The Chief of Staff (Ron Klain), who ever's pulling Biden's strings (i.e., the person who put the rabbi's name on the list to be called -- someone at the DNC?), many of their support staff and assistants, the White House rumor grapevine, plus who knows how many people the rabbi's end knew -- all are possibilities.
records of the callls from WH might be public, but details of conversation that make the President look bad wouldn’t normally be revealed by the WH staff IMHO unless you think the leaker is a GOP mole.
And yes, the details could have been leaked by the rabbi to an associate who then leaked them to someone else who leaked them to someone else etc. etc. etc. But the original source of the details would probably have to be the rabbi IMHO.
Just based my take on the probable leaker on logic and politics. But of course, anything is possible.

“Open door” means what? If Rabbi Twersky is stuck on a difficult blat of Gemara he can call Joe to explain it?
The 82-year old Grand Rabbi has a lot of protectors, a ‘court’ like kings of old. There were probably more than a few in-person witnesses to the conversation.
A Congressional District is around 750,000 people. Begging for the vote of a bloc of a few thousand means it’s a very close race.
Militant homosexual Maloney is desperate.
But how many are eligible to vote?
And of that number, how many are registered?
And of that number, how many are likely voters?
Far fewer than 750,000.

Elections are won by collecting blocs of thousands, and hundreds, and even dozens. A union rep here. A rabbi there. A community activist here. A nonprofit CEO there. Etc.
