Funny. When my Russian speaking son joined his new US Army unit in Germany, he had to have his tattoos removed so he had no identifying marks.
Now, he is somewhere, teaching someone to do something. Probably in Europe.
The solution is easy. You take photos of your kids. You make note of identifying “marks.” You out that in a safe place.
If something happens you have it ready.
If they are asking for this stuff, time is not an issue.

I have a friend who is furious with her school for showing little kids scary and disturbing material. A PG movie with some demonic plot and theme. 2nd grade. Catholic school.

My kid’s school sent home a form asking me to declare my kid’s race. I pitched it. School called about my kid’s race. I said it made no difference to his education and wouldn’t answer it. So he was called to the office and some bureaucrat marked the form and he was sent back to class. So stupid.

I would have told them his race was human. When my oldest registered for 1st grade in Vernon, NJ they asked what language was spoken at home. I replied “Loud English. Kids play deaf”. They laughed. All my answers were sarcastic.
