As much as Harry would love to help sway the crown to sign on to a climate accord, he’s simply swamped.
I don’t know much about British politics but unless I’m mistaken him attending when his Prime Minister doesn’t would appear in Britain as an open,and serious,rebuke of the PM. I don’t think the Monarch is supposed to do that. Rebuke him/her quietly...but not openly.
