Really, that wouldn’t be the case, because if the Democrats had to appeal to men for their votes, then they would adopt much more moderate positions and probably would still win about 50% of the time on average. But the country would still be much better off.

You’re not taking into account the demographic trend though. Blacks are a shrinking portion of the population, while women will ALWAYS tend to be around 50% of the population.

Same here. Men and women vote much more similarly than blacks and whites, or any other demographic, do.
