You must be a Russian cubicle slave to post something that ridiculous. Nobody, not the Russians, not the LNR or DPR, or any international observers have ever claimed that "tens of thousands" were killed in the Donbass by any means whatsoever before Russia's latest invasion.
The war in the Donbass started in 2014 when Russia supplied artillery, troops, and weapons to the LNR and DPR separatists and annexed Crimea. The Russians "moved in then" and they haven't stopped attacking Ukraine since then.
Most of the people killed in that fighting were soldiers fighting on either side of the conflict. Many of them were killed by Russian artillery fire.
It must be getting really bad for Russia in Ukraine today if you propaganda posters are back to the old, totally debunked talking points.
Baloney. It is well over 10k. And OSCE has indeed confirmed it. The war started because the coup leaders were smart enough to know they didn’t want surly Svoboda handing around Kiev.
But glad the Donbass was saved from the nazis....again.
