The article is poorly written, but it seems as if Biden was acknowledging that it’s a high hurdle to hope they retain control.
His goose is cooked and he knows it.

If they fraud it is going to be their worst nightmare. Things are not the way they appear. They are pushing for the narrative but the conditions and situation they had in 2020 no longer exists.The dynamic has changed.
