I tend to think the DoJ has the right to place monitors as the Congress has Amendment XV enforcement rights and ultimate authority over elections to Congress.

We in Florida run our elections right nowadays. The DoJ needs to see a functioning system work so it knows that election laggards should not be tolerated as they create election distrust and “election deniers”.

The federal constitution leaves the control of elections in the states’ powers. Not the federales.

We all know that the current Whitehouse occupier is using his gestapo NOT to “observe” how Florida does it right and use our example as a good model but to attempt to prove that the Florida model of how an election should be done is flawed in every way possible and is, in fact a “racis” catastrophe worthy of being dismantled in court. The let’s go brandon administration is up to no good. Count on it.
