You forgot to add that the Russians really did not want Kherson, that is it was a brilliant feigned attack to pin down Ukrainians troops as the Russians advanced in glory somewhere else.
You don’t pull out 30,000 troops in a few days in anything close to “orderly.” That’s a lot of people and material to get over two bridges.
Something was left behind. My guess is it was people…because Tanks and guns are valuable to the Russians. They can get more people.
