Ben Gvir initiates doubling the prison sentence against sex offenders on a nationalistic basis (racist Arab-Islamist sexual crimes)Seems fair to me!
After all, the intent of a crime can most certainly have a bearing upon the severity of the punishment.
E.g.: Shooting a "civilian" vs. shooting a police officer in the performance of his duty vs. shooting a sitting politician in order to affect the outcome of a vote or a govt. policy.

sex offenders need punishment and if medical treatment can help one of them, that too
terrorists need to be shot on sight, not housed and fed and pampered for years
issue “one warning if safe, then shoot to kill” orders
now and the evil Arab terrorist attacks will go way down
