Pictures don’t seem to correspond to a Kalibr (because with a 400 to 500 kg warhead, that tractor would have been vaporized, and it also would’ve left a much bigger crater).
Possibly a remnant of an S-300 (which is an air defense system used by both Russia and Ukraine), but the particular provenance is still inconclusive.

Pissing off the Poles isn’t a smart move, they have very long memories and hate Russia at least as much as the Ukrainians... if not more!!

Logically, with NATO support, Poland could move some air defense units into western Ukraine so as to provide an advance defense of Poland’s air space and territory. And Russia should be clearly warned that attacks close to the Polish border risk severe consequences for Russia.

Dear Vladimir Putin, president of Russia:
Let me be frank.
Your military sucks, and now you stepped on your dick (if true).
Please start peace negotiations as soon as possible.

It wouldn’t be the first war that spiraled out of control by an accidental bombing.
WW2
“ Then the incident happened. By most accounts the bombing on August 24 was an accident. German bombers, that were supposed to hit military targets outside of London, flew past and struck part of the capital itself, causing some damage and civilian deaths.”
The British retaliated by hitting Berlin and then the Germans switched their bombing from airfields to British cities. Ironically this likely lost the Germans the Battle of a Britain.

Has Russia claimed responsibility? If so have they apologized?
Has anyone else claimed responsibility?
Has Russia blamed anyone else, aka NOT ME.
Did the Ukraine do it to draw in NATO?
Did Russia do it and claim it was an accident in order to gauge our response?
Did Russia do it and stay silent in order to gauge our response?

From the 1983 "Cargo" album, Men At Work
[Verse 1]
Jump down the shelters to get away
The boys are cockin' up their guns
Tell us general, is it party time?
If it is, can we all come?
[Pre-Chorus 1]
Don't think that we don't know
Don't think that we're not trying
Don't think we move too slow
It's no use after crying
[Chorus]
Saying it's a mistake
It's a mistake
It's a mistake
It's a mistake
[Verse 2]
After the laughter has died away
And all the boys have had their fun
No surface noise now, not much to say
They got the bad guys on the run
[Pre-Chorus 2]
Don't try to say you're sorry
Don't say he drew his gun
They've gone and grabbed old Ronnie
He's not the only one
[Chorus]
Saying it's a mistake
It's a mistake
It's a mistake
It's a mistake
[Verse 3]
Tell us, commander, what do you think?
'Cos we know that you love all that power
Is it on then, are we on the brink?
We wish you'd all throw in the towel
