On Wednesday, following two days of impassioned statements from victims and family members, Judge Jennifer Dorow imposed the statutorily mandated sentence, ordering Brooks to serve a life sentence without the possibility of extended supervision for each of the six counts of first-degree intentional homicide with the use of a dangerous weapon. The sentences will run consecutively, the judge said.
In addition to six consecutive life sentences for first-degree intentional homicide, Dorow also imposed sentences Wednesday for Brooks totaling hundreds of years of additional confinement for the remaining 70 counts he was found guilty on last month.
She sentenced Brooks to 17.5 years for each of the 61 counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety with the use of a dangerous weapon.

That means he’ll still be eligible for parole in 120 years, or so.
I’m glad he’s gone.
The should be calling it mass murder.

That was the most exhausting sentencing hearing ever. I am glad we will never ever have to see or hear from this awful monster ever again. (I hope) He has no redeeming qualities and has always been a career abuser and criminal.
Even compared hmself to Jesus and of course he forgave the people he deliberately ran over like bowling pins for being in his way when he was pissed off.
“Brooks had been charged in a domestic abuse case and was released from jail on $1,000 bail less than two weeks before the parade. He was accused of running over a woman who claimed to be the mother of his child, according to court documents. Prosecutors later acknowledged the bail set was “inappropriately low.””
Well, there’s a Judge who needs to be locked up for malfeasance.
Reminds me of one of those deals the Scientology goofs get when they join their “SeaOrg”.
Hopefully he receives some prison justice.
Anything other than a dirt nap is unacceptable.

This is the first that I have seen any of the msm cover the trial.

I really believe he is going to have a bad way to go in prison. He is a bully only to women. He isn’t a big guy and he has a big nasty mouth. Bubba is gonna get him.
Now he is on his way to Milwaukee to stand trial for running over his baby momma with the same car, jumping bail, and traveling to Waukesha to find her, hit her in the face, make her retract her statements about what happened in Milwaukee. She got away from him and the rest is history.
No death penalty there?
