running in the road
or not?
They were running in the road (75 of them) as far as I can tell. They were running in the same direction as the traffic which I thought was odd. But later learned that they had a squad car in front and one in the rear as well. Not sure why the one in front wasn’t able to stop the Honda which was coming down in the wrong direction.
Hmm. In watching the video I don’t see a squad car leading them.
Running in the road seems like it would be illegal as well as unsafe.
