Since when is the FBI an international police force? What are they doing involved in this incident? I thought they were just supposed to entrap Americans and not go and find ways to implicate innocent people abroad.

Well since they are international they can arrest the conservative Prime Minister of Israel. They can also arrest Putin, Maduro and Xi.
