If he were smart he would be thankful the GOP didn’t replace him with a hard charging conservative who carried out the wishes of the voters.What Schiff is doing instead is thanking McCarthy by attacking him and laying down a marker that he's going to run the intelligence committee from the ranking member's seat which is how it works for the RATS under the RINOs.
