Even before the police have announced a motive, and before we know anything about the shooter's personal beliefs or political affiliations (if any), Democrats are blaming the attack on Republican rhetoric. This is what they do EVERY TIME. But their rhetoric is never, ever responsible for instigating, encouraging, or justifying violence.
