Fauci certainly tried to misrepresent his “role”, including his role in funding Gain of Function research in Wuhan via grants bearded through a third research company to avoid prohibitions on what he was doing. Except for probably helping to cause the global pandemic, then contradicting himself in one lie after the other that left the public unsure what to believe*, he was a great guy.
