The robots can be programmed with a non-racist algorithm. They will terminate people without regard to race, gender, LGBT status, political affiliation, etc. By the time these robotic officers are needed, there will not be any police in San Francisco because the police will have long since been defunded.
What a brilliant idea! California once again leads the nation! /s
