This is the 2016 presidential result.

If the country does split you have blue areas surrounded by red areas.

You'd still have to deal with liberalism within the Red states.

That is a county map. The conservative counties tend to be the rural counties, which take up more land per person.

That map is posted constantly on Facebook.

You really shouldn’t go by how much land the two sides take up. That’s not what it says in the Constitution. It means something, but it doesn’t mean the more rural areas won.

That's why the right answer is statehood for D.C. And Detroit. And Philadelphia. And Atlanta. And Chicago. And Milwaukee. And Phoenix. And New York City. And Denver...

Secession doesn't end democracy. For example Isreal lets all of her citizens vote regardless.
