No way the 4473s clear before the 8th. I haven’t heard what happens to thre ones in process, but unless there’s an injunction on the implementation of the permit process, I don’t see them being released.

No way the 4473s clear before the 8th.Not sure about Oregon, but even in blue Nuevo México, they're instantaneous and you can take whatever you're buying home same day.
