Seriously, the drug addicted and homeless get vouchers from local government officials, they are asked to donate this government money to Democrats to be eligible to get the money set aside for them. In short, government takes tax dollars to donate to those in power that gift the money to the homeless. “They” know who butters their bread. People without an address are given the power to vote and they can be living in another State, or not living at all.
