Yes because you can’t suddenly do too much exercise.
One needs to do SAME EXERCISE ROUTINE REGULARLY!
I am at age 82, do the same exercise routine in gym 4 times every week, and my heart is running like a well oiled clock.
Just had EKG a week ago, and it was beautifully flawless.
