The ones that get send back get put into a database, and used as fake address for mass fraud mails.
The postal service may be in on the conspiracy
The good news is, cheating is the only path to power the Democrats have left. Demographic replacement is failing them as Asians and Latinos break sharply to the GOP. Trump’s judges have put the kibosh on Democrat judicial activism, at least for the time being. That just leaves voter fraud. Find a way to get the Donkey’s hoof off the scales, and the Democrat party must either moderate, or slowly die out like the Whigs did in the mid 1800s.
