Brock's scheme (allegedly) is he takes the money he's given, then hires the nonprofits he owns for the work a couple times over, taking a bit off the top each time. He gets away with it because he is famous and connected.
Brock is the last person the Democrats want involved protecting Biden. He's out to separate gullible donors from their money and they know it. They will not let him near what they do not want him to know.
