The problem for them is that Twitter has become so essential for them, especially if they are trying to be journalists, that it is impossible to quit. The result for them is the horrible feeling of being torn against the new (Gasp!) free speech policies on Twitter instituted by Musk while absolutely needing to use Twitter as you can read in "Why liberal Washington can’t quit Twitter."

I kind of like Musk as I think he is a fair guy who you would be able to have a conversation with. But I am not buying a Tesla as it make no sense to me economically nor lifestyle-wise.
The media needs twitter because they need people to read their garbage and twitter helps amplify their garbage and they need to stare at their phones and read the comments hoping for supportive ones.
But also, because nobody reads their stuff at their own sites they need twitter as their launching pad. Plus, they can post anti-conservative stuff to gain credibility from their fellow leftists.
They are hooked, and they can’t give it up.....pipe in the Tucker laugh.
The FUnniest reaction was the NPR host who stayed on Twitter but decided to “punish” Musk by not buying a Tesla as planned but a Chevy Bolt instead which he now complains is just a “glorified golf cart.”
