Senility is not a bar to holding federal office. Many, many federal judges have the same problem, and no one cares about the mess these people make. We really need a fixed retirement age, especially for judges.

Senility is not a bar to holding federal office.≤br> I remember in HS my history teacher telling us young skulls full of mush how William O Douglas was known to take siestas in the middle of deliberations. Would Roe v Wade turned out differently if the senile old bat were a little more attentive?
