A federal judge granted government investigators access to email messages involving Pennsylvania Republican Rep. Scott Perry – the official whose cell phone was seized by the FBI in August, it was revealed Friday.
U.S. District Court Judge Beryl Howell ruled that emails between Perry and other figures in former President Donald Trump's election overturn effort were not protected by privilege.
This included 37 emails among Perry, former DOJ official Jeffrey Clark, lawyer John Eastman, and Clark's aide Ken Klokowski, a former senior counsel in DOJ's Civil Division. That made them fair game for investigators ....
...The judge also ruled a batch of some 331 documents from Clark – who featured prominently in the House January 6 Committee's public hearings – were not protected in a September order on attorney-client privilege....

I’d say there’s definitly a need. Some enterprising person is going to get very rich filling that need.
President Trump did not seek to “overturn” the election “results.”
The election was overturned in the wee morning hours of Wednesday, November 4th by the RAT scum and their cohorts.
They also get to peak through the window when Melania is showering, rob Barron’s piggy bank for small change, and break wind out loud in public.

OTOH, when the FBI “investigated” SecState Hillary over the openly pay to play Clinton Foundation, all investigation was stymied by everyone on her staff supposedly serving as each other’s lawyers.
There are two forms of Executive Privilege and Attorney-Client Privilege: One for conservatives, and one for leftists.
The one for conservatives protects nothing. The leftists are guarded as if the nation depends on it. It’s disgusting.
