E 65th street is extremely fancy. It’s the “Upper East Side” of Manhattan.

Is E 65th Street in a fancy neighborhood ? It's "Upper EastSide". A good part of town next to Central Park. Or, at least that's how I remember it from a while back.

Yes, the Upper East Side of Manhattan is where the OLD Money lives. Especially, between Park, 5th, and Lexington Ave.
New money typically lives on the Upper West Side.
DeNiro used to live in Tribecca(down by Wall Street).
FYI, Epstein used to live in on East 71st street between Park and 5th Ave. His former townhouse was sold to a Goldman Sachs executive for a measly 51 million.
