Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), who lost her GOP primary in August by nearly 40 points, was granted earmarks worth over $5 million in the $1.7 trillion, 4,155-page omnibus bill.

If the bill passes Congress in the next few days, Cheney will have spent $5,031,000 of taxpayers’ funds on pet projects in Wyoming. The specific earmarks are:

Natrona County, Casper, Wyoming, for Facilities and Equipment ($1,500,000) City of Gillette, Wyoming, for Senator Mike Enzi Memorial Overpass Replacement Project ($3,000,000) Food Bank of Wyoming for Food Bank of Wyoming Truck Equipment ($531,000) Cheney famously lost her GOP primary to Rep.-elect Harriet Hageman (R-WY) by a massive margin after she allied herself with Democrats on the partisan January 6 Committee.

She and her fed buddy Ray Epps got paid off for a job well done. Funny how the same leftists who DESPISED her father and the entire Cheney family now adore them since they hate Trump..funny how they forget what the Cheneys did

Liz has always been about money, but the people of Wyoming did not buy her policies.

I am surprised she didn’t get a few million for the care and feeding of the transgender left-handed midgets of Casper.

That is what happens when you lose your clout.

Two great results of the election:

1. Liz Cheney no longer has to pretend she is from Wyoming
2. People in the state no long have to pretend she is from Wyoming.

It’s a WIN-WIN

Connect the dots: the earmarks are there because the people behind the bill-writing didn't know that Liz would lose her election. This was a "thank you" for being part of the J6 Commission.

What that tells us is that the huge spending bill has been MONTHS in the making, and there wasn't enough time to yank the 30 pieces of silver from the proposed legislation.

$5 million ain’t really a lot when you sell your soul to the devil. Liz is a pretty cheap date. How much did Kinzinger get in the Bill? Too bad they both spent their last terms in Congress, carrying on their own personal vendettas against President Trump, and had no time to think about the people back home who originally elected them. Cheney got dumped because she’s a hateful witch. Kinzinger had the rug pulled out from under him by his pals the Democrats, after they dissolved his district. He could have run in another district, but his poll numbers were so bad, he figured he’d better go while the getting was good. May the rest of their lives be as full of misery, as they have brought to others.

And, in 12 point font.

You know how these ass-hat attorneys work.

They’d submit it in 0.5 font.

I was surprised to see Patty Murray as the “author” of the Pandemic Prevention Act that is included in this bill. The act comes in at 256 pages.

95% of her bills are things like naming a federal building or bridge.

You’re right. Then we’d have to legislate the length of a page or they’d make them twelve feet long. I guess all the qualifications would make the amendment longer than five pages...
