Remember when former FBI Director J. Comey said he couldn’t charge Hillary Clinton because he could not prove INTENT?

Only when democrats are charged with crimes does intent become the issue. When Republicans are charged there is no mention of intent.

Seems like the Judge got a phone call from the DOJ.
