It is unlikely that there are official statistics from any Chinese source which are truthful or complete. What gets "leaked" to foreigners is narrative from one faction which is intended to discredit or undermine other competing factions within the Chinese government.
Chinese officials may be unable to get truthful information even from their own factions to use in decision making. They may be completely blind as to conditions within their country. It is a common problem with totalitarian systems when they inflict harsh punishments on dissenters from an official narrative.
I'm wondering if this is why Israel and Japan took such drastic measures in making sure everyone was jabbed. If they didn't know ahead of time how susceptible they were genetically, then they would have needed to pull out all the stops to protect their populations.

This virus breakout was already starting to happen before the protests. It was inevitable given the ability of recent strains to spread, even under China’s stringent lockdowns.
If true here is their small pox blanket they will donate to the world. I believe they have found a sneaky way of getting rid of people they don’t want and who are causing them problems
I’m sick too now, right before Christmas, which totally sucks. However, it’s not CoVID, just a headache, sore throat & horrendous cough. Could be worse I guess, but I feel pretty crappy, TBH.
