Photo ID is meaningless when 20% to 25% of votes are cast in person on Election Day. ID only helps when you do not have mass mail voting.

Prop 309 tried to fix this in AZ.
Requiring more voter info on mail-in ballots.
I thought it was show in. No, it lost narrowly?!
