Is it my imagination, or is Biden confusedly looking at Zelensky, wonding if he should attempt to sniff the short hair of whoever it is he has his arm around?
He’s probably thinking “Darn. That is a homely looking little girl. But the hair might smell fine.”

You can't really know what Bidens thinking....neither can he himself. But Zelensky will always “act” in whatever way his script requires....on and off camera.
