In college, some guys lifted a mailbox (the kind you drop off letters in) as a prank. They didn’t even touch the mail inside. I don’t know how it ended, but their parents were dealing with some huge legal bills, as the feds weren’t interested in going soft.
...but now we have Merrick Garland.
They're not crimes anymore, they're "urban hustles."
