Hey, look, another post about the Loudoun County, Virginia school district. Back in 2021, when “domestic terrorist” parents were descending on school board meetings to vent about critical race theory and a policy allowing transgender students to use restrooms that reflected their gender identity, the Loudoun County School Board shut off public comment and the sheriff declared the school board meeting an unlawful assembly; apparently, you can riot all summer long and call it a protest, but you can’t challenge the school board.
A couple of people who refused to leave were arrested, including Jon Tigges:

Tigges jumped on Twitter Wednesday to share two words: “Not guilty.”

Judge Fleming’s Ruling: 1.Commonwealth couldn’t prove Ziegler had the authority to clear the room during an open meeting. 2. I acted in good faith in my belief that we had a 1A right to be there.

My thanks to God for justice.
Sincere appreciation goes out for 18 months of work by my legal team led by Chris Kachouroff of McSweeney Cynkar & Kachouroff along with Josh Hetzler and Michael Sylvester of the Founding Freedoms Law Center with assistance from Ralph Polechek.

Special thanks to @eugenedelgaudio for always having my back and providing the support to fight the Loudoun Cabal.

Most of all, my thanks goes out to my wife, Chris, and all those who never wavered in their belief that our right to assemble and redress our grievances would ultimately win out over tyranny.

Despite this victory, I have serious concerns about where we are as a country. We’ve been subverted by a darkness that is spilling out in rot at all levels and in both political parties.

Nothing will change until We the People value conviction over comfort. Despite the many bad actors here in Loudoun, I’m most concerned about those who call themselves Christians. Many haven’t lifted a finger or opened their mouths in protest to the depravity all around them.

The judge ruled today, January 4, 2023, on an arrest that occurred in August 2021 — that’s a lot of legal red tape and expense.

The only terrorists I saw were the police who removed him.
Left wing extremism good. Right wing, uh, anything bad. Ya ever get that feeling?
The purpose of the public meeting is to hear from the public.
When they didn’t like what they were hearing they shut it down and called him a ‘terrorist’
So, the liberals ONLY want public hearings where people praise them for what they are already doing.
Twitchy article link, which I keep forgetting to add:

If you homeschool you don’t worry much about school boards.
Did this change anything?
Are the schools, at least in THIS district changing their curricula? Are restroom designations being changed? What about other districts?
Just remember, many of these tyrants that rule us in all forms of government cut their “public service” teeth running for school boards as YOUNG adults.
I’ve never voted in a school board election. I have no children. I would ask neighbors who have kids in school (no matter their political leaning) who they want on their board.....crickets. Even the liberals whose choices I would vote against, have no clue.
They should sue the school district for their legal expenses and unwarranted arrest. Make the bastards pay.
Amazing, the power of the pension, isn’t it?
/s
Police everywhere in the US should review their oaths...and remember who they ‘serve’.
The school board were terroriststoo, denying people their constitutionally protected right. Terrorists don’t think that people have rights, and they act accordingly, just ,ike the board did when they shut down meeting.
have no clue

That’s cuz these culls have learned to slither under the floorboards in the dark, coming up only to gauge the ignorance and apathy their snake charmer buddies induce with inane and irrelevant issues tsunamis.
Aka
The mushroom blitzkrieg.
Same thing the Republican establishment did that precinct strategy .com is trying to remedy.

Now...time to sue anyone that called them a “domestic terrorist”.
Parents are waking up to the need for representation on school boards.
Exactly. They enthusiastically enforced mask and vaccine mandates as well as lockdowns. The police are not on our side.
